Greenhous Vehicle Movements
We’re pleased to confirm that Greenhous vehicle movements are returning! Please take note of the following important points regarding the process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
As with all movements, attention to detail and punctuality is critical. All checklist items must be adhered to, and collections and deliveries must be made on time. However, if you are unsure of anything or an unexpected delay occurs, please call the Engineius Operations Team immediately.
Damage Inspection
A £10 fee has been automatically added to each job, this to allow for a thorough damage inspection. These jobs are labelled as "Enhanced Damage".
You are expected to check and record all damage in detail by using the “Minor” and “Major” damage indicators on the App for each picture. If needed, take an additional picture of the damage and use the edit function in the photo to highlight the damage.
Use the additional time to ensure you evidence any noticeable damage, typical examples of where damage has recently been missed are:
Internal/external panels
Door sills
Windscreens
Interior trim
Dashboard
Alloys and Tyres (record all damage, however minor)
It is important to note that you shouldn’t use “Good Condition” if any damage is detected and present. Any damage to alloys must be logged as damaged and as “not in good condition.”
Out of Hours Drop Off
These are permitted, but only if authorised in advance by the Engineius Operations Team. Please inform the Operations Team in advance so we can notify the Greenhous site of an out-of-hours drop off.
Carryovers
If a return to a Greenhous site cannot be completed on the same day, it may be carried over to the next working day; however, an approval from the Engineius Operations Team will be required in advance.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your Driver Services Account Manager.
Kind Regards
Engineius Team
