Important reminders — vehicle delivery compliance

We wanted to reach out with a couple of important reminders around our delivery process. These points have a real impact on the experience our customers receive, so we'd appreciate your cooperation in making sure they're followed on every job..


Delivering to the Correct Location

We've had a number of vehicles delivered to the wrong site recently. Please always enter the site postcode from the job details into your sat-nav or follow the in-app directions to make sure you're heading to the right place.

Where a delivery is made to the wrong address, the full cost of the job will be deducted, and repeated issues could result in network removal, as set out in our driver's terms and conditions. 


Calling Customers Ahead of Arrival

Please remember to call the customer before you arrive to let them know you're on your way. It makes a real difference, customers appreciate the heads-up and it helps everything go smoothly on both sides.

This is a required part of every delivery, so you must make it part of your routine if it isn't already.
