As self-employed drivers operating in association with Engineius, we recognise that many of you choose to identify as self-employed drivers at Engineius on social media platforms. While this is entirely your choice, doing so means you are publicly connected with our brand and, as such, are expected to uphold our company values at all times.

Even when using social media in a personal capacity, any content that associates you with Engineius must reflect professionalism, respect, and integrity. You must not engage in any activity that could bring the company into disrepute, breach confidentiality, or violate copyright laws.

In particular, we maintain a zero-tolerance approach to any form of discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour online. This includes, but is not limited to, racism, sexism, harassment, bullying, or derogatory comments toward any individual or group.

Any such conduct that is identified or reported will be taken extremely seriously. If a driver is found to have breached these standards, it will mean the termination of our working relationship. 

We expect all drivers who publicly link themselves to Engineius to act responsibly and in line with proper social media practices. If you are ever unsure about what is appropriate to post, you should refrain from posting or seek guidance before doing so.

By maintaining these standards, we can collectively protect the reputation of Engineius and ensure a respectful and professional community for everyone.
