The letter from Chris Clibbery introducing the new CEO

Hi ,

I’m pleased to share some exciting news about the future of Engineius.

Over the past few years, we’ve made significant progress in strengthening the business while continuing to challenge the status quo of vehicle movement. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Our mission has always been, and will remain, to lead the way in on-demand vehicle movement through the depth and quality of our employee talent pool, award-winning technology, exceptional service, and a commitment to a sustainable future, not to mention our fantastic customers.

In 2025 alone, we delivered 569 enhancements across our Portal and App, expanded our nationwide network, and continued to raise the bar on the products and services you experience every day. Alongside this, we’ve invested heavily in building a talented team and innovating to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

With these strong foundations in place, I’m delighted to share that Phill Jones will be joining Engineius as Chief Executive Officer on 1st April to lead the next phase of our growth.

The business is excited about the next chapter of Engineius. This transition marks an important milestone, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and well-planned transition over the next three to six months.

Phill brings over a decade of experience from MOTORS/Cazoo, where he played a central role in scaling the business through significant expansion, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. I’m confident that as we continue to build the future of Engineius, we are in very safe hands with Phill at the helm.

Importantly, I’m not going anywhere. I’ll remain closely involved as founder and board member, working alongside Phill throughout the transition and beyond to ensure continuity and the same customer-first approach you’ve always experienced.

Thank you for your continued support. I’m truly excited about what lies ahead for Engineius.

Kind Regards
Chris Clibbery
