Reiss and the team manage claims from start to finish, investigating and resolving events efficiently. Liaising with insurance companies, motor trade suppliers, customers and drivers.
Tell us more about what you do at Engineius?
I work in Network Assurance - we deal with audits, damage/insurance claims and complaint management.
How did you find the trip overall?
Very insightful. It is always worthwhile seeing what challenges a driver faces to give us a greater appreciation for their work, as this can be difficult to understand from the office.

What did you enjoy most/what was the best part about your trip?
Getting to test out a brand new electric vehicle ⚡️
Is there a location in the UK that you would like to travel through on your next job?
Edinburgh - seems very scenic and I’ve always wanted to travel there.
What is your dream car?
Audi R8 Spyder.
An interesting fact about yourself?
I can jump higher than a house....
... Because houses can't jump
What did you do before Engineius?
I worked in a breakdown call centre at AA/VWG
