Movements in Focus - May 2026
This month’s theme was bridges and tunnels that our drivers encounter on their journeys. From iconic river crossings to impressive underground routes, we received a fantastic range of submissions showcasing some of the UK’s most remarkable feats of engineering and infrastructure.
After reviewing all the entries, we selected a winning photo that stood out for its composition and its ability to capture the scale of one of these impressive structures in motion.

I had been picking up a Sainsbury’s van and dropped it off at Kirkcaldy. I got the train and managed to get this photo as the sky was blue and the sun was shining.
