Employee of the Month: Sam Gould

Congratulations to Sam Gould, our Operations Project Manager, for being awarded Employee of the Month.

Sam has consistently delivered high-impact, large-scale projects month after month, driving meaningful improvements across the business and supporting other departments in achieving their goals.  

He is dedicated, thorough and nothing seems too large for him to tackle.

What do you do for Engineius?

My role is Operations Project Manager – I’m responsible for overseeing and guiding project teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring all tasks align with the strategic objectives of the business.

What motivates you to do well in your role?

Working with a massive group of talented, innovative, and driven colleagues.

What playlist do you listen to in the car the most?

Gotta give a shout to my fellow Black Country lads – BIG SPECIAL

What do you like most about working for Engineius?

What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

Any combination of my son, my partner, and my dog.

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?

Just started watching an AppleTV show called “Widow’s Bay” –  pretty good so far.

Describe one thing you've learnt in your role?

Patience - knowing when to push and when to step back. 

What’s a hobby or interest you have that might surprise your colleagues?

Most people already know, but I used to be a Scuba Diving instructor (a long time ago).
