What do you do for Engineius?
I am a Senior Movement Expert. I deal with customer and driver enquiries regarding live issues. As well as ensuring drivers adhere to our customers’ on-time SLAs.
What motivates you to do well in your role?
What motivates me to do well in my role is my team and the positive environment we have. I am also motivated by the energy and support from the SLT members, which filters throughout the company, creating a culture where people feel valued and encouraged to do their best.
What playlist do you listen to in the car the most?
Currently, anything Michael Jackson to start the day on a positive note.
What do you like most about working for Engineius?
The people and the culture, I’ve also enjoyed seeing the Customer Service and Deployment teams grow and develop. It’s exciting to be part of a company that continues to evolve and expand.
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
I like to go to the gym after work and just zone out to focus on myself, as it helps keep a positive mindset.
What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?
Aston Villa winning the UEFA Europa League, and also Arsenal winning the Premier League. Well deserved for both of the teams!
Describe one thing you've learnt in your role?
You have to adapt, as the industry we work in is always changing, especially with the growth of EVs. You are always learning in this job and picking up new things, which will help you in the next stage in logistics.
What’s a hobby or interest you have that might surprise your colleagues?
I used to be a dancer when I was younger until the age of 10, but no one knows this and it still needs to be kept a secret 🤫
