    Using our trail blazing website you simply log on, load your job and we give you an instant price then and there, you accept the quote and we fulfil the job. Easy. We will even record the pick-up, drop off and delivery details for you via our bespoke App. Drivers keep you updated so you can concentrate on what is important in your business.

  4. What reports are available?

    Almost anything, one off movement details with signatures, timelines and reporting, right through to a huge raft of details reports telling you cost per mile, per movement, per day, week, month – you tell us what your requirements are and we will let you have real-time dashboards to see live action on your account. You can even view a journey on-line... But we think once you’ve used us you can trust us to deliver to our 99% track record and you can get on with the important stuff!

  5. Our reports

    Customer reports are entirely customisable to reflect your needs. Average waiting time, miles, spend per movement and on-time delivery rate are amongst the details you can effortlessly receive in your inbox at any chosen time of the week. This information can help you driving efficiency and improvement in the way you manage your fleet and workshops.

  6. Can you be my only vehicle movement supplier?

    Yes. You need a vehicle moved, consider it done!

  7. Why would I use you as my solution rather than my current one?

    We are cheaper, more efficient, offer far better reporting analytics, we look after the environment due to reduced movements, we only use fully vetted, trained staff that respect customer needs and demands. We are fully insured, fully prepared and ready to take on any job for you.

  8. Can you tell me when the job is done?

    Yes – you can even view it in real-time, but we believe you have better things to do with your time. So, we can tell you the job was accepted, started and completed when and how you like. You will be able to view your vehicle being moved live by simply clicking on a URL link.

  9. Is this service available to everyone?

    Yes – if you need a vehicle moved, we can do it.

  10. Can we use this on demand?

    Yes – just log into our portal and if you can shop on-line you will be able to use our intuitive portal to request what you need. However on the off chance you can’t, you can call one of our Account Manager anytime, or send them an email – we are always here to help.

  11. Do you have plated drivers?

    Yes – if you need it moved we are ready to move it!

  12. Why are you so cheap?

  14. Can you Insure the movement for me?

    Yes, all our drivers are fully insured through us, whatever the need.

  15. Can you do specialist ‘one-off’ assignments?

    Yes, we have taken on many specific projects, vehicle recalls, services, you need a job done and a quote for the full assignment then we specialise in using our tech and people to complete that for you easily, efficiently and allowing you to focus on the more important part of your business other than the vehicle movements.

  16. Can I set up an account and pay monthly?

    Yes. Monthly, weekly, or per job – you tell us and we will make it work for you and your business.

  17. Can you train my staff to use the system?

    Yes. It’s so intuitive you won’t need much training at all – but if you do we can come out, send a video or even talk you over the phone. Our dedicated Account Managers want to make this as easy for you and your staff as possible.

  18. Will this take too much time to embed in my business?

    No – it is intuitive, time efficient and easy to gain full reporting and access to every job, past, present and future.

  19. How long does it take from start to finish to set up an Engineius account?

    We can have to set up almost instantly, your needs depending, but we pride ourselves on a quick on-boarding process for all, large or small.

  20. What is the onboarding process?

    Set up an account with us over the phone, access the web, and away you go. Easy!

  21. Who do we contact at Engineius if we need help and support?

    We have a full support team, account managers and operations – if you need us just call. Our drivers are dedicated and fully trained. The Engineius crew are here only to take the pain of vehicle movement away and make your job easier. Allowing you to concentrate on your customers, and your priorities.

  22. Do we need to know everything about the vehicle?

    No. We need to know where it is and where it is going, the registration number and we can do the rest.

  23. How secure is this service and system?
