PCN Policy/Failure to Pay Tolls
First-Time Offence: You will receive a warning the first time you fail to pay a charge.
Repeat Offenders: Anysubsequent PCNS of the same kind will incur a £25 administrative charge.
Why are we introducing these changes?
We have observed too many instances of non-compliance, resulting in a significant amount of resources being spent on dealing with these issues. Non-payment of PCNS can lead to reputation damage with both the public and our customers, and we must prevent this from occurring.
Appeal Process
Charges may be refunded if appeals to the authorities are successful. However, it is the supplier's responsibility to handle any appeal, not Engineius. In some circumstances, Engineius may have to pay the fine before an appeal can be made to prevent an escalation of the charge or further legal action.
