Sainsbury's Collection & Delivery Time
Please see the update below regarding collection times and service level requirements for Sainsbury's vans.
All collection and delivery slot times on the job detail are accurate. You are welcome to collect the night before or from 5:00am on the morning of the job. Carryovers are permitted, however delivery times must still be met without exception. These are fixed due to pre-booked garage slots or because the job has been flagged as urgent and must be completed that day.
The project is going really well; these are just a few details to keep in mind as we continue to grow the account. Well done!
Service Levels
We operate four service levels, each with strict time requirements:
1. Within 3 Hours
Extremely urgent jobs. These jobs replace a breakdown and must be completed within 3 hours of assignment. Some flexibility exists where travel time to collect affects the start of the movement. If you're unsure, contact operations before proceeding.
2. Same Day
Must arrive at the store by 22:00 on the same day.
3. Next Day
Must arrive at the store by the specified time on the following day.
4. Service Moves
Must be on site within the times stated on the job.
Please ensure you are checking the service level on every job and planning your collections and deliveries accordingly. Failure to meet these times has a direct impact on our customer.
