Important Reminders for Evans Halshaw BYD movements

Just a few reminders to help things run smoothly on Evans Halshaw BYD movements.

Please make sure that signatures are always obtained for all deliveries on these movements. Customers will need to sign for their handover before you leave the site, and we really appreciate your help in ensuring this is completed every time.
 
If you do run into any difficulties with a contact who is unable or unwilling to sign, please give Operations a call so we can flag this up with the customer on your behalf - please do not leave the site until instructed to do so on these occasions.
 
We'd also kindly ask that any damages found be carefully noted on your vehicle inspections at both collection and delivery are flagged to Engineius Operations where indicated in the movement checklist (only for damages caused in transit).
 
You must not discuss vehicle damages or issues with drop-off contacts on Evans Halshaw BYD movement. If any are pointed out during handover, advise the contact to speak with the Dealership and inform Engineius Operations.
