How We’re Doing Our Part 🌍
We recognise the importance of reducing the vulnerabilities that make natural disasters more destructive, from flooding and storms to heatwaves and other hazards.
At Engineius, we believe that responsible logistics and sustainable practices aren’t separate from risk reduction; they are part of it. Here’s how we contribute:
Since 2018, Engineius has saved fleets over 10 million tonnes of CO₂ emissions by eliminating the need for “chaser vehicles”.
We offset our corporate carbon footprint through Climate Partner to maintain environmental responsibility and achieve carbon neutrality in our business operations.
We also choose not to use chaser vehicles, allowing us to focus on optimising routes and managing emissions responsibly. This helps ease the strain on communities and ecosystems, supporting their resilience in the face of future potential disasters.
Disaster risk reduction is everyone’s responsibility. We’re proud to lean in, to operate smarter, greener, and more responsibly, and to partner with our customers in doing the same.
