What do you do for Engineius?
I’m the Marketing Executive at Engineius. I manage a mix of marketing and creative responsibilities, from designing visual assets and supporting campaigns to helping run internal initiatives and leading projects that strengthen the brand and how it communicates.
What motivates you to do well in your role?
My obsession with perfectionism, haha! I always want to improve, and with my role, every day is different, meaning there are always new challenges, both big and small, and that always motivates me to keep learning.
What playlist do you listen to in the car the most?
Anything R&B will always be my favourite, my current favourite artist that is always playing in my car is Jayo.
What do you like most about working for Engineius?
The people, no doubt. I have the best department (definitely biased) and work with team members who make working at Engineius a joy.
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
Easily going to a coffee shop with my friends, or reading a book!
What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?
I’m currently reading 'The Year of Magical Thinking' by Joan Didion.
It explores the universal feelings and reactions people may experience in the face of loss.
Describe one thing you've learnt in your role?
How important efficiency is. Big projects are usually the focus, but ad hoc tasks can always arise, and it's all about balancing everything whilst still producing great work.
