What do you do for Engineius?
As a Network Optimisation Advisor the main parts of my role are:
Support new drivers to achieve 10 jobs.
Go through the feedback submitted by drivers.
Re-engaging with drivers on the network and supporting them with jobs.
What motivates you to do well in your role?
Working with the rest of the Network team and assisting new drivers to become Operational.
What playlist do you listen to in the car the most?
My go to playlist is Hot Hits Punjabi.
What do you like most about working for Engineius?
My weekly Tims breakfast with my colleague Karolina, but on a serious note, the people!
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
My favourite way to unwind after a busy day is taking my dog for a long walk, depending on the weather. If not, watching a crime documentary on Netflix 🐾 🎬
